Are you a seasoned professional with over 8 years of experience in construction? We invite you to take the lead as a Project Executive at Thompson Thrift. As a crucial member of our team, you'll drive day-to-day construction operations, oversee project planning, manage costs and schedules, and foster effective communication with owners and subcontractors. Schedule and Travel
This section indicates what is generally considered to be the standard work schedule and travel requirements for the job. Manager may and can adjust the schedule to meet work demands or company needs.
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
Travel Requirement: 30%
Moderate Physical Activity
Job requires team member to be mobile; frequently lifting 25 to 50 pounds and occasionally lifting up to 60 pounds. The duties of the job require the frequent use of hand and fingers to type, reach, grasp, and handle or feel objects, tools, or controls. In addition, it requires the ability to stand, climb, stoop, kneel crouch, crawl, and navigate uneven surfaces. Specific vision abilities include close vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus. Job duties require the physical ability to climb permanent and temporary stairs, work above ground level on construction hoists, ability to climb ladders, negotiate work areas under construction, and maintain balance and equilibrium to prevent falling. Job frequently involves exposure to dust, fumes, odors, heavy machinery, machinery with moving parts, scaffolding and high places, and noise (must shout to be heard).
