  • Command cost accounting, validating cost projections with your seasoned financial acumen.
  • Empower the Field Staff with comprehensive financial insights, elevating project execution.
  • Spearhead the approval of subcontractor and material supplier invoices and pay applications.
  • Showcase leadership, facilitating transparent communication among stakeholders, from the Owner to TTC upper management.
  • Curate project meetings adeptly, outlining agendas and capturing pivotal minutes.
  • Maintain project schedules vigilantly, ensuring alignment with plans and timely delivery.
  • Make on-site visits a priority, ensuring adherence to project documents, quality benchmarks, and contract terms.
  • Oversee punch and closeout procedures meticulously, orchestrating coordination with Field Staff and Owner Representative.
  • Foster staff growth through mentorship, preparing them for advanced roles within the organization.

Moderate Physical Activity 

Job requires the team member to be mobile; frequently lifting 25 to 50 pounds and occasionally lifting up to 60 pounds. The duties of the job require the frequent use of hand and fingers to type, reach, grasp, and handle or feel objects, tools, or controls. In addition, it requires the ability to stand, climb, stoop, kneel crouch, crawl, and navigate uneven surfaces. Specific vision abilities include close vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus. Job duties require the physical ability to climb permanent and temporary stairs, work above ground level on construction hoists, ability to climb ladders, negotiate work areas under construction, and maintain balance and equilibrium to prevent falling. Job frequently involves exposure to dust, fumes, odors, heavy machinery, machinery with moving parts, scaffolding and high places, and noise (must shout to be heard).
