What You'll Do:

• Strategize & Innovate: Craft and execute market penetration strategies that set new benchmarks for success.
• Lead Market Expansion: Identify and capitalize on high-potential markets for cutting-edge industrial developments.
• Build Strategic Partnerships: Forge strong relationships with brokers, municipalities, and key stakeholders to accelerate project growth.
• Drive Project Excellence: Oversee every phase of industrial development, from initial concept through to final completion, ensuring alignment with our top-tier quality and business standards.
• Negotiate & Secure: Negotiate land acquisitions with sellers and brokers, securing prime locations for our developments.
• Manage & Mentor: Lead cross-functional teams through due diligence, entitlement processes, preliminary pricing, and project underwriting with finesse.
• Present & Persuade: Showcase potential projects to the Investment Committee, securing internal approvals and capital to bring projects to fruition.
• Coordinate & Optimize: Direct site-specific development plans, manage project schedules and budgets, and ensure successful lease-ups and full project stabilization.

What We're Looking For:

• Educational Foundation: Bachelor's degree in finance, real estate, project management, or a related field.
• Experience & Expertise: 5+ years of experience in sourcing and developing industrial projects.
• Communication & Leadership: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a knack for relating well across all levels of the organization and with clients.
• Analytical & Strategic: Superior problem-solving abilities and a deep understanding of real estate transactions.
• Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Detail-Oriented & Driven: Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects with precision, and a passion for meeting deadlines.
