Your Role as Field Engineer
As the Field Engineer, you'll be a vital part of our construction team, collaborating closely with the Project Superintendent to ensure the flawless execution of multifamily construction projects. Your role will involve on-site coordination, managing field staff, interpreting plans, and upholding the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Teams: Work with project teams to schedule and manage subcontractors and suppliers effectively.
• Documentation Management: Assist in punch list management, review invoices, and maintain essential documentation.
• Quality Control: Ensure quality control and adherence to safety standards on-site.
• Budget Support: Support budget management and financial reviews for projects.
• Plan Interpretation: Interpret and communicate project plans to subcontractors to ensure compliance.

Our Ideal Candidate:

• Education: A degree in Construction Management or a related field is required.
• Experience: Prior construction experience of 1-2 years is preferred.
• Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attributes: Ability to problem-solve and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Willingness to travel to different project sites as needed.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Annual Salary Range: $70,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
