Your Role as Project Engineer
As the Office Project Engineer, you'll be an integral member of our construction team, collaborating closely with the Project Manager to ensure the successful execution of multifamily construction projects. Your role will involve coordinating project activities, managing documentation, interpreting plans, and upholding the highest standards of quality and efficiency.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Subcontractor and Supplier Coordination: Collaborate with project teams to schedule and manage subcontractors and suppliers effectively.
  • Documentation Management: Assist in punch list management, review invoices, and maintain essential project documentation.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure quality control and adherence to safety standards throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Financial Analysis: Support budget management and conduct financial reviews to ensure project adherence to financial goals.
  • Plan Interpretation: Accurately interpret and communicate project plans to subcontractors to ensure compliance with specifications.

 

Our Ideal Candidate:

  • Education: A degree in Construction Management or a related field is required.
  • Experience: Prior construction experience of 1-2 years is preferred.
  • Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Attributes: Ability to problem-solve and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Willingness to travel to different project sites as needed.

 

Compensation and Beneifts:

  • Annual Salary Range: $70,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
