Your Role as Warranty Coordinator
As the Warranty Coordinator in our office in Terre Haute, IN, you will coordinate assigned work orders to ensure repairs/corrections are completed in a timely, effective, and efficient manner. In this capacity, the role works closely with and provides oversight to warehouse, field labor, and subcontractors assigned to work orders.
Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Schedule and manage labor force
- Maintain a positive relationship with owners, TT Construction staff, and property management teams.
- Interact and collaborate with QC/QA, Owner, and Pre-construction. Perform trend analysis for deficient work claims.
Our Ideal Candidate:
- Minimum Education: Associate degree or an equivalent level of education and experience.
- Minimum Experience: 2 years of experience in the construction industry
- Ability to carry out supervisory responsibilities; including training, directing work, and addressing/resolving problems that may arise.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, organizational and time management skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Knowledge of a wide range of construction materials, methods, and techniques.
- Knowledge of wood-framed construction trade sequences.
- Ability to work with people and perform conflict resolution.
